I've actually never heard any of those songs, but I've got a personal fondness towards Regina Spektor.
As for art, I actually don't really have anything, haha. But I've seen some nice fics going around!!
Carry me Home tonight by anxiousAnarchist (http://archiveofourown.org/works/331850) is short but sweet!
(Un)Fair Game by Chocchi (http://archiveofourown.org/works/327799) is also rather sad, but nice!
There isn't really much Dirk<>Roxy going around that isn't sadstuck, though. I still recommend you guys check out those fics though!!

Regina Spektor is literally perfect. Like, wow, how do you exist? How is your voice a real thing?? Mysteries.

So much sadstuck, it's true. I guess they're pretty tragic in general. Must be why I love them. Those two fics are really cute! Augh, there is not enough palefic out there in general, but especially for them.
